Keep your self care simple.

Appreciate that the little things can make a big difference.

I went on a Breath, Body, Mind fundamentals training over the weekend.

It highlighted to me how underestimated something as simple as breathing can have a big impact on our health.

By simply paying attention to our breath with intention.

We can reduce
🌺Our response to stress
🌺Inflammation in the body
🌺Overthinking therefore improving our energy
🌺Over eating or depending on caffeine

🌺It will also slow our ageing process down.
🌺Reduce if not eliminate pain and fatigue.

It is the bridge between our body and mind.

So many benefits, all by focusing on our constant, our breath.

This is something I will be exploring more of for myself over the coming year.
