Taking The stress away

We all experience stress from time to time. Some more than others.

It's good to know you have a wonderful peaceful sanctuary to retreat to in the South Downs.

I'll confess, I've been feeling the stress over the last month or so.
Whilst summer has been relaxing, there are lots of changes going on which can take time to adjust to.

So I'm updating my self care routine that keeps me in check.

I wonder how you ease your stresses?

Here are some reminder tips of how to keep a sense of balance and calm in your life.

Movement Each Day

A short brisk walk, a gentle stretch or even a long run to dispense of pent up energy.

Being Part of a Group or Community
It could be an exercise group, a writing group or even an online group.
You are welcome to join the Midlife Radiance Room Facebook community.

Eating Well

Avoiding those refined sugars and processed foods and going for the wholesome stuff!

Meditation
It's a good way of checking in with yourself, even for a few minutes.
So many people think they are doing it wrong, when in fact the bits you think are wrong are part of the meditation process.
I'll write a blog about meditation soon and I should run a workshop on it.

If you are finding you need a reset, come and visit the treatment room in East Dean.
It's a relaxing retreat to escape to with a wonderful drive and beautiful views across the downs.

You can experience Reflexology or a pampering facial.

BOOK HERE to give yourself an hour or so to relax and unwind.
