About Us

MY BACKGROUND

I started with a career in music industry and eventually found myself juggling work with a young family and little time for ME!

Adding accumulating pressures to the pot meant my life just wasn’t working out as I’d expected.

I’ve experienced many highs and lows over the past few years.

These experiences have given me the opportunity to understand the value of living in the present moment to build resilience, peace and acceptance as well as love my looks!!

Having been a practising Reflexologist since 2003, I’ve continued my practical studies and gained certificates in Holistic Massage, Reiki Healing, Rahanni Healing, Facial Reflexology, Holistic Facial, Zone Face Lift Therapy.  In addition I studied Emotional Freedom Technique, Core Transformation Process and also gained certification as a Mindfulness Coach and Leader.

I have brought my experience and knowledge together by offering three 6 weekly online programmes.

I offer a 1-1 mindful coaching service helping women who feel stuck, run down, emotionally overwhelmed and want to rediscover their va va voom !

HOW I WORK

I believe that self care is super important and is enhanced when connecting with others sharing experiences in a space held with compassion.

I offer you the opportunity to meet online to share your experiences in a group setting and the space to enhance your self care practice.

My 1-1 coaching is a mindful based practise with a mix of emotional freedom technique. I hold space with loving kindness and compassion for you to explore thoughts, emotions and sensations to reconnect with your vibrant self!!
